Introduction: Keelung Island, also known as Keelung Island, is an island located in the East China Sea in the northeastern part of Taiwan. It was called Jilongyu and Jilongshan in ancient times. It is about 3.3 kilometers away from Heping Island and 4 kilometers away from Keelung Port. It is an uninhabited island and its administrative area belongs to Zhongzheng District, Keelung City. Because it hangs alone in the sea, it has become an obvious natural landmark in Keelung and the North Coast area, and island tours are now open. Zhan Jinming has loved painting, gardening, cooking and other related arts since he was a child. Since 2013, he has been the artist-in-residence of the Tamsui Cultural Park, serving as an honorary director of the China Cross-Strait Humanities and Art Exchange Association and a member of the Danshui Balizhou School. He successively studied art with international watercolor masters such as Chen Yangchun, Xie Hongda, Pan Pengbin and Chen Xikun. Military career from 1986 to 2012. From 2013 to 2020, the artist-in-residence in Tamsui Cultural Park. In 2014, he continued to study painting under the guidance of Master Chen Yangchun and Teacher Pan Pengbin. The Chen Yangchun Teacher-Student Exhibition organized by Zhiyangchun Gallery. In 2016, he participated in the 100-perspective artist group exhibition of Danshui. In 2019, he participated in the Chinese press art creation exhibition (Sun Yat-sen Memorial Hall). In 2019, he participated in the social education museum. Zhongshi Art Fair, Taiwan Art Fair.
